Ms. Hinz has been practising at Kliemt & Vollstädt's Berlin office since January 2008. Before this, she worked for several years in the employment law department of the law firm Hümmerich & Partner. In addition, she was substantially involved in a study on the subject of parental leave commissioned by the Federal German government. During her traineeship, Ms. Hinz spent periods with Lovells and Linklaters. Her doctoral thesis, shortly to be completed, dealt with the employment law problems of parental leave.

Ms. Hinz advises employers and executive staff on all questions of individual and collective employment law. She represents her clients both in court and out of court. Her main practice areas are advising and representing clients on the termination of employment relationships, in particular for foreign employers. She advises employers on all questions of the secondment of employees. Ms. Hinz is also particularly experienced in anti-discrimination law.
