Dr. Till Hoffmann-Remy has been a member of Kliemt & Vollstädt's employment-law team in Frankfurt am Main since February 2001, first as a trainee and since September 2011 as an attorney. He spent one stage of his traineeship in the Employment, Pensions & Benefits department of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Frankfurt am Main. Dr. Hoffmann-Remy chose to specialise in employment law as a student, and his law studies at Mannheim University focused on commercial law and employment law. After his first state law examination, he worked as a research assistant, both in the corporate group law department of a listed public utility company and in the employment-law department of Gleiss Lutz in Frankfurt. Dr. Hoffmann-Remy's doctoral thesis was written at Mannheim University under Professor Dr. Frank Maschmann, on the topic of special agreements between employer and employee (Korrekturvereinbarung). |
