Dr. Alexandra Paehler has been a member of Kliemt & Vollstädt's employment-law team in Düsseldorf since September 2010. Before this, she was a trainee at the international law firm Lovells LLP in Düsseldorf; she also selected Münster Labour Court for one period of her traineeship. Parallel to her law studies, she completed the course in specialist English for lawyers at the University of Münster, with a period as an intern in Florida. After her first state law examination, Dr. Paehler also completed her doctoral thesis at Münster University.

Dr. Paehler advises on all questions of individual and collective employment law. She represents her clients both in court proceedings and out of court. Her main practice areas comprise consultancy on litigation relating to termination, advising companies on day-to-day employment-law matters, and drafting contracts of employment and specific types of termination agreements.
