Tim Stratmann has been an attorney in Kliemt & Vollstädt's employment-law team in Düsseldorf since April 2011. Previously, before and during his traineeship, he was an academic research assistant in the employment-law department of a large international law firm, and he spent part of his traineeship in the employment-law department of a medium-sized law firm in Düsseldorf. In addition to his law studies at Münster University, he completed the specialist foreign-language course for lawyers there, with an internship in Ottawa, Canada.

Mr. Stratmann advises on all questions of individual and collective employment law. He represents his clients at court and in out-of-court proceedings. His main practice areas comprise consultancy on litigation relating to termination, advising companies on day-to-day employment-law matters, and drafting contracts of employment and specific types of termination agreements.
