Dr. Zaumseil has been a member of Kliemt & Vollstädt's Frankfurt team since 1 September 2011. Previously, he worked for several years as an attorney in the Clifford Chance employment-law group. Dr. Zaumseil studied at Leipzig University. After his traineeship, he work as a legal employee at Linklaters LLP in Frankfurt. Parallel to this, he completed his doctoral studies under Prof. Dr. Wolf-Dietrich Walker with the thesis topic "Underperformance as a ground for dismissal".

Dr. Zaumseil advises and represents employers and executive staff on all aspects of individual and collective employment law. His main practice areas comprise consultancy on actions against unfair dismissal (including weeding out low performers), advising enterprises on day-to-day employment-law issues, drafting contracts of employment and specific types of termination agreements, and legal questions relating to the transfer of establishments.
